With the ground floor slipper walls and wall plates prepared - we’re now ready to start laying our ground floor joists. Here we've used 8×2 timber (battened) to hold insulation boards for the next stage of the build.

Watch us landscape a beautiful garden with some very unique Derbyshire Peakstone (20mm) specially ordered for our client. We make it look easy here, but it was a back break moving all 10 tonnes to the rear of this property. We assigned a team of 5 to complete a 50m garden in just 7 days. the transformation was mind blowing!

Groundworks are an integral element to all major renovation works. After planning a project, we’ll arrange CCTV surveys to map out all underground services and work to ensure any works carried out by us are in line with regulations and build over agreements. Here you’ll see the insertion of a new 4 inch clay soil pipe almost 3 metres below ground.

Ground floor steels have to be wrapped in D49 Mesh and encased in concrete. Watch us showcase how we meticulously prepare this phase of a build, from ensuring steels are correctly wrapped to levelling all shuttering ready for a concrete pour.
